Applications

All current applications are to be submitted through the Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council's planning site.

Make an Application

Following the consultation, the Council has introduced fees for some Estate Management Scheme applications depending on the sensitivity and scale of alternations (see Proposed Fee Schedule)

Current guidance on validating schemes include the following:

• Completed Application Form
• Application Statement (Report providing a background and justification on the proposed works)
• Site Plan (to a suitable scale)
• Location Plan
• Existing Elevations (e.g. at a scale of 1:50 or 1:100)
• Proposed Elevations (e.g. at a scale of 1:50 or 1:100)
• Existing Floor Plans (e.g. at a scale of 1:50 or 1:100)
• Proposed Floor Plans (e.g. at a scale of 1:50 or 1:100)
• Proposed Roof Plans
• Project Method Statement (when requested)
• Fee if applicable
