Resubmissions

If you would like to discuss alternative options and the resubmission of an amended scheme following the refusal of an Estate Management Scheme application, please contact the Estate Management Scheme Manager (j.homer@welhat.gov.uk).

Review of Decision

In accordance with the approach agreed by the Council, any application for review of a decision to refuse Estate Management Consent shall be considered by the Executive Director (Place). Any such application must be made within 3 months of notification of the decision. It should be noted that this does not allow reconsideration of the application but a review of whether the correct process has been followed.
