Burglar alarms are designed to be a prominent feature on the front facing elevation of buildings in order to act as a visual deterrent.

To create the right balance of the burglar alarm without causing a negative impact on the property it is important the alarms placement requires careful consideration.

Placement of the alarm unit should be located in the least prominent area of the elevation in line with key architecture features (window arrangement). The unit should be finished in a colour that is in keeping with the external finish of the property.
