Front gardens play a key role in defining and preserving the character and amenities of the Garden City. It is expected the residents are to maintain and upkeep their gardens to a satisfactory standard. Any alterations to hardstanding, hedgerows, trees or boundaries should be referred to the appropriate section in this guide and an application made to the Estate Management team in this regard.
